How do I download music on to an ipod?
Yes I know what your thinking, ipods came out like 5 years ago and your 8 year old daughter knows how to put songs on it. Well I am stuck. When it comes to technology, I just don't really care. So I registered for an account on itunes and plougged in my ipod in the computer. I have tons of songs that I got from limewire, and I have the shared songs from limewire on itunes.
But how do I get the songs from itunes onto the ipod? under the drop down menu under File, it has the option to "sinc ipod", I think that is what I need to do but I can't because it is greyed out, meaning I can't select it. Why is this so difficult for me!!!! What do I need to do?

You might have your music area not available to sync. Just go into the Ipod device on the right. Then press music on the top. Then press sync music. Then sync your music.
