In what ways could the new health care infringe on us Americans and our lives/rights?

Unlike the Patriot Act that the liberals were so concerned with about possible abuse, the health care provides much more data and personal information on you without a court order or even a court trial if they don't like you. The Patriot Act had no interest in you or your life unless you came on their radar screen. Then it was surveillance, documentation, court orders, charges and court trials.

With the health care law, all of your information will be in a shared data base with 2 new agencies and IRS. They will have this information without court orders or search warrants. If you are targeted or singled out for any reason, your health care could be denied without trials or charges. If you attempt to fight it, you will be accused of a risky life style so therefore denied coverage. No care, no drugs, no you, no hassle.

You can now rest peacefully at night, you now have 17,000 brand new IRS agents watching over you.

Well first of all, the whole point of our country is to give the states the right to make their own laws about health care and everything else, and now the government is going to take away their right to control health care. Second, the government now gets to say who gets medical treatment as a priority and the rest of us are going to have to stand in line and wait to be seen for a long time. Senior citizens are also going to have to go without a lot of the stuff that they need. Unless American's wake up and see that our rights are being taken away, this is just the first of many rights that is going to be stripped away from us.

Well, never before in the history of America have we been forced as citizens to become consumers of a product or service. We are being forced to do commerce. It is completely inappropriate and unconstitutional and that is why many lawsuits are being filed against Obamacare across several states. It infringes on states' rights too.

We will lose our right to quality healthcare. We will lose doctors and nurses. We will lose JOBS!

We will lose our right to have a good standard of living -- it will do down under Obamacare and the middle class will shift towards the poor. We will lose our right to liberty when we are harassed into compliance by the 16500-17000 new IRS goons they plan to hire to shake us down, .....and on and on and on.....

You'll have the right to an attorney when your @ss goes to jail for refusal to pay the fine for non payment of health insurance. This law will be enforced by the IRS. And you know how much they love you and care about your 'rights'.

By 2014 all Americans will have a form of Medicare, with the new regulations , Insurance companies cannot remain in the health care business,, the bill says they have to accept all people regardless of pre existing conditions, then the bill says they cannot raise their rates, so insurance companies will stop all their health insurance sales and just stick to auto, home and life insurance policies--you will have to go to the government for all your health care needs and for college loans( that was thrown in the bill also)--they are almost there, they need to control our jobs and food and they will absolute control over us***********************************************************************************

It will allow you to buy affordable insurance with the new tax credits. It will prevent denial of claims because of preexisting condition. The deficit will be lower. There is a single working market for buying health insurance where you can do apple-to-apples comparisons.

You need to buy a Prius because it gets better MPG. And i forbid you from buying a truck because it gets shitty MPG.

The government has no right to force you to buy from a private company.

Let alone does our country have the trillions of dollars this will cost us.
