I have a truck that I want to surrender to GMAC. They wont come get it. How can I get rid of it?
I live in Missouri. The truck does not run anymore, and I still unfortunately owe money on it. I am moving and I cannot take the truck with me. I just need it gone!

well they are still going to try to get their money, no mater what , tow it down to the bank and throw the keys on the counter, a man has to do what a man has to do

call them, ask for a buisness address to send mail to. get a certifed letter delivered to the person you spoke to with the keys, a statement of the intent to surrender the truck with a firm date they must retrieve this vehicle by and that it will be unattended after this date. of course it may be stolen before that time by persons glad to get ahold of a newer gmc truck. is it still insurred? maybe they can presure the people to retrieve it before your forced to leave it behind.
