best way to destroy a laptop with water! Yay this is going to be so fun?
Ok, before I start I don't want to hear anything about "I'm not going to help you commit insurance fraud!" If you feel that way then just skip over this question, please!
Ok, i have a dell that the warranty is about to run out on, it's starting to get a bit old, so I decided that on the last month of my warranty I would add complete care...(Accidental Coverage) So I can have an "accident" and depending on how bad of an "accident" they would replace it with a newer model or just repair the existing old one that I have now. I obviously want a new comptuer. I have already told them that as I was getting out of the bathtub it fell from a high shelf while plugged in. and they said they will have a box sent to my address to ship my computer back to their facility the question here is will that warrant a new comp. or can they just replace the bad parts and send it back, or should I smash it some saying it happened on the fall? I really don't think they investigate every claim. I think that I should smash it a bit just to make sure I get a newer and better computer, what do you guys think?

Just put it in some water. They can't replace the parts if they are water damaged when it is turned on. Maybe hit it softly against a corner to make it look like it fell a bit, but remember it fell into water not straight to the ground.
