can I substitute honey in place of sugar when I make breakfast rolls?

My recipe. calls for one half cup of sugar

    Of course you can , but remember honey is liquid and the sweetness is more concentrated . So since it asks for a half c. of sugar only add 1/3 c. honey and incorporate the recipe in all the same manner . I use honey in place of sugar all the time and not just because my cousin is an Apiarist . We love the flavor of honey .

    Yes, but you have to reduce all other liquids by 1/4 to compensate.

    it wont turn out right, sugar gives foods and drinks a *POP* texture
