Is it true that in third world countries they use Schubert's Marche Militaire to announce a coup d'etat?

Like, on the radio, the announcement is preceded by playing that piece? Op. 51, D. 733: No. 1 in D major

    Has that been done? - Maybe. Is it a general or accepted policy that every time you have a coup d'etat it is "de rigeur" to play it - of course not!
