Help converting to Mac! (: (Mac Users)?
To Mac users only:
I am desperately wanting to buy a Mac (preferably a MacBook Pro or MacBook) and I want to start from scratch (new everything). What will I need? I am a student and will need student software for school and educational purposes. Which Mac would be better to buy and why? What cons are there to Macs? What will I all need if I want wireless and wired internet? I would like to know any websites that explain this more such as tutorials or educational videos about Macs and how to use them properly. Thank you to all who've helped! (:

Well, the macbook and macbook pro have many of the same features and in the end in comes down to prices and what your in the range for. Macbook values at $999, while the macbook pro varying on the size will go up from 1199 to 2499. The macs come with many programs which you can create presentations, papers, graphs, and any other school work. Mac's come with a router inside which will search for nearby internet sources. Also battery life on macs is incredible. The cons to macs is that it doesn't come with microsoft powerpoints and words and excels. For further information you can look upon
