What is a peach pocket?

We went to a chinese buffet today, and they had something called a "peach pocket". I got one because it looked different. I poked my fork into it, and it was like a white cake with some kind of dark sauce in the middle that was wrapped in some kind of thin "skin". It didn't smell sweet. It actually smelled kind of like what I imagine seaweed to smell like. Does anyone know what this is?

Update:

I was looking online and found something called "fried mantou" which looks similar to what I had. I am assuming this is what it was.

It's dog. In China it is fairly common for dogs to be killed and eaten (and sometimes eaten before they are killed). It's illegal in USA so they sometimes have to disguise the dog as something else. Peach Pockets are the most common form of dog plate found in USA. It's mainly for people who enjoy eating dog, it's kind of like a code word for them. Like if someone says "pass me the peach pocket", he is actually saying "pass me the dog".
