i can't get into my email account? please, someone help?
I'm on my sisters account. I haven't been able to get on it for days. I'm pretty sure I was phished (or my password was stolen, I mean).
A few weeks ago, a Yahoo services email got sent to me, asking for account info. (In the email, it said that Yahoo was deleting old emails and I needed to confirm mine so I wouldn't be deleted) I wasn't sure whether or not to trust them but I think it said something about customer service or account security in the name (it looked official) so I sent them my info. Now, I think that phisher has changed my password and is using a gmail.com alternate email (the hint was **********@gmail.com. I have a gmail account but its 12 letters long, not 10).
It's been stressing me out since I'm subscribed to a lot of things and have signed up for email info on things and now I can't see it at all. I've reported it to customer services but the email they sent to this account didn't help at all. I reported it on one of those phishing forms and tried to reopen my account but needed to know my questions to confirm my identity, which I haven't answered in 5+ years and probably made up something cause I didn't think this would ever happen.
My old email was guitarchicxoxo@yahoo.com.
I tried all the possible passwords I could've used and none worked. I can't answer my confirming your identity questions (even though I tried). I don't know what else to try.
Help?
Btw, when I tried to recover my password, it said my account was on lockdown for 24 hours. It's happened to me twice and nothings changed.

The absolutely free reverse email lookup sites generally provide false information, they just want your email to send you spam. To get real information, money will have to be paid.
Also, stay away from shady reverse email lookup sites, most likely you won't get any information after you make the payment. Not to mention you won't get a report and you won't get an answer if you try to call for a refund. Stick with a reputable reverse phone lookup site like http://www.emailtracer.org/ that has been around since 1997.

I bought windows 8 and could log in with facebook now that option has disappeared and I haven't been able to chek mail for days it keeps taking me to the att ,net mail and I don't use att mail none of my old mail is on here.I cant even reach or find my email contacts to let them know I cant get my mail I am 75 now what?I guess I have to use petloverlady7@att.net if anyone can help me this is Dec 2014

I have 2 yahoo.com accounts and 2 gmail accounts and I can't get logged in I have att as the provider in the internet

Good for you. Since this is NOT Yahoo Technical support (which doesn't exist anymore anyway)....we have NO F#CKING CLUE as to what your problem might be or how to fix it. You leave NO DETAILS
Get a REAL email...like a GMAIL account.
