i have six words for you..twice baked potato stuffed with broccoli..

    they are amazing

preheat the oven to 400 and make a normal baked potato. when its done take it out and lower the temp to 350.

in a medium saucepan saute some garlic and onion in oil, i also like to add red pepper flakes. throw in about a cup of broccoli and fry it for about 30 seconds. and 1/4 cup of water cover it and simmer it for about 10 minutes.

cut the potato in half lenght wise and scoop out the inner part leaving enough so the shell stays intact. throw that into the pan and stir it until its blended. put the mixture back into the potato shell, drizzle a small amount of oil and bake it for 15 to 20 minutes.

    they are so good ..

if you dont feel like cooking you could just put some salsa on it..

Going into details could take forever (knowing me...), so I'll just tell you what I eat and assure you it contains all the stuff you need, and you can pick and choose what helps. Breakfast: Camomile tea and 50g sunflower, pumpkin, sesame seed mix. Lunch: 2 microwaved potato waffles, mixed in with a tin of pulses (lentils, haricot beans, etc), a small teaspoon of cajun for flavour, and loads of salad that I make up twice a week, containing lettuce, spinach, grated carrot, cucumber and tomato. Dinner: Same as lunch some days (it's such a perfect meal; you'd have to try to believe it though), also a simple dry curry, or bombay potatoes, or tortillas (again with salad and waffles in the tortillas- again don't knock it til you've tried it). Snacks: Up to 4 apples, 1 pear, 3 clementines, 1 banana every day, plus 1 kilo of grapes spread over the week. This gives me 2000 cals a day, and along with a supplement for vit B12, is all I need and a hell of a lot more for good measure. Yeah, maybe I'm weird, but at least I'll be old and healthy and weird:) In terms of cravings, if you actually cut out the sugary foods dead, and you accept that they are only desirable because they're addictive, you'll never want to look back after about 3 weeks. But you don't have to go all the way now if that scares you too much. You're on a good path to great strength and vitality, and as long as you're prepared to keep asking questions and being aware of these things, the happier your life is gonna be. i use vegan butter - expeller pressed oil.

I get it at Whole Foods.

Here's a good baked potato: I use organics- raw lettuce, spinach, chopped cucumber/tomato, Vegan butter and grinded sea salt. I use sea salt because it comes from the evaporation of sea water and goes through minimal processing.

I don't use ranch sauces or salad dressing. it takes away from the taste of my vegetables.

I'm going to try wiccagirl24's idea of vegetarian chille

They sell vegan butter, even at local grocery stores. It tastes really good, better than butter, and it's way healthier too!

You can also try steamed veggies.

And sea salt always adds flavor!

The only thing I put on baked potatoes is a bit of salt, and it tastes fabulous.
