Yeah it really does depend on what they had done. For example, anything that involves hurting children, or other vulnerable members of society, such as older people, animals, people with disabilities (although I'm not saying everyone who has a disability is vulnerable). Women beaters and rapists also deserve grassing up. I would say that anything that falls into those categories doesn't even need thinking about. But some other things should be thought about on an individual basis, dependent upon the circumstances.

Yes, if you sponsored a ganja grow and never got your cut and suspect they're still at it .. strike while the iron might be hot; there again it could be cold
