What has happened to social graces?
I sent a wedding gift to a couple of friends and I did not get a thank you for over 5 months. I sent a gift card to an acquaintance for a baby shower gift. It has been over two months and still have not heard from her. Am I being overly sensitive or is this just the norm now for people to be rude and uncaring?

you actually have up to a year to send out thank yous....so yeah. social graces do exist, they just seem to extend for longer than you might have thought
