Shia: What impact did you make in Human history?

thats a q for shiaa. i believe that only the sahaba(ra) worked well for the umma, some da'iya, as for the leaders now, ugh they bring Pure shame. im so honest with u.

after Reading their answers, shiaa lost the chance to make themselves look good.

i mean if u ask a similar q about sunnism, i would show the bad/good points we did to the umma.

there is lots of things to say about shiaism and their contributions. but let me stop here.

All the answers so far are pretty much from the Western perspective. I.e. Jesus, Bush, Hitler. But for me the most impactful individual identifiable in history was probably Genghis Kahn. First of all I don't see very much diffrent between Shia and Sunni or christains or jews as all followers are told to do good things and avoid the bads!!!

but if you insists to mention some contributions of Shia to human history I close the matter very briefly in here by reminding that the very Quran which you as a muslim are reading and following is gathered by Imam Ali (the first Shia imam) as it is no disguse to anyone!

So many scentists and schoolars and philosopher came from Iran if you don't know that! from Ebin Sina to Farabi etc.

every idiology is evaluated by its driven results if you agree? if you look around not far way in the middle east you will see your sunni brothers in palastine! you will see some sunni Arab nations hand in hand with Isreal which you claim an enemy and occupier!

on the other hand you'll see a shia nation supporting sunni muslims in palastine eventhough its own national intrests are jeopardized. you will see Shia hezbollah has the gusts fight Isreal and win! A isreal which hit several sunni Arab nations in only 6 days cannot beat a small group of shia muslim! that is the contribution of Shia idiology to Islam!

after all said, I have to say that we should find common intrests between msulims, christains, jews and any other faith and nation to work on and build our peacefull world not the excuses and nonesense points to make our world miserable.
