Join them both to the same workgroup , you should then share the folders that you want to send. You will then be able to see each others computers and the shared folders in "my network places"

Use an instant messenger such as AIM, or Windows Live Messenger. You will be able to send music to each other without email.

You should be able to map her drive and either pull her music from it or drop more music there.
