what kind of woody vine is this?

north america. MEMPHIS, TENN.. the vines are invasive and will grow over the smaller trees (up to 25 ft id guess) the vines can grow to a diameter of 4-6 inches and are woody in nature but very flexible untill dried out. they will twist around each other... I NEED A NAME AND OR GENUS..

    Do you have a pic? Is it Kudzu (Pueraria lobata)? About the only thing I can think of that is viny and can overtake trees.
