Should the Mir/Carwin Ref be canned?

One of the worst refs I've seen.

For breaking up too many positions, especially dominate or attrition positions.

For allowing Mir to get hit so much yes. We needed Herb Dean or someone decent.

Hard to say. After Mir got knocked down, he was still able to attempt an armbar, but yes, after that Mir looked dead and the ref still was watching.

I think the ref was shocked to see someone get knocked out in that fashion, prob the craziest one even he's ever seen...

He was breaking up the fighters when he shouldn't have been. He allowed the crowd to puppet him, who were booing because they thought it was starting to get boring. But by doing so, he was messing with the natural flow and gaining of advantages by some of the fighters. I agree with Joe Rogan that the ref should've let them continue.

i thought he was gonna stop it i mean mir was getting his head pounded in for 20 sec. ffs most refs woulda stopped it when mir got knocked down

Dan Miragliotta was horrid all night. He is a garbage ref.
