Suggestions for paper?

so im doing a term paper on financial institutions i.e. banks, mutual funds, hedge funds, mortgage, etc. that had gone bust during the recent credit bubble. or companies that got bailouts. any suggestions? im trying to use Carlyle Capital but i dont have enough sources? is there a site where they give you the ocmpany history, etc.? yes, the more popular ones are Lehman, Fanny Mae Freddie Mac, etc. but im sure someone will also do them. any suggestions?? thanks! :D
