Questions about R4 card for DS?

so i want to buy an R4 to give my cousin for his confirmation. however, i have a few questions.

first off, he has a red DS lite. NOT a DSi

1. which is the best R4 i should get? or should i get an M3? im so new to this stuff, i have no clue.

2. How much do they cost?

3. what is a reputable site that i could buy it from (online store) that will give me an undamaged product.

4. are they easy to use??

any/all help is GREATLY appreciated!!!

    You shouldn't get an R4 chip at all. They are illegal. They've made Nintendo lose millions. I beg you please buy the games, so many people worked really hard to make them.

    I think R4i SDHC v1.4 or R4 SDHC is best,they are cheaper than M3,and also use easier.

    hi Jacqueline, you aren't any further dreaming, they did used to promote them in Pacific position Mall, yet those days they are all on-line. For a respectable save to Canada, i'd propose both DSCardWorld or NDS-equipment (i imagine dscardworld has quite more less expensive shipping expenses to Canada, double examine with them on their web site). sturdy success!
