blehhh nutrisystem has apparently changed but when i tried it it tasted like astronaut food!!

neither...i live off of crystal lite,baked fish,Cheerios's..no sugar or milk,yogurt,carrots,greens. and when i want something sweet its angel food cake topped with strawberries.also try www.healthyliving.com.
it really helped me get those extra ten pounds off.
