Fresh Fruits and vegetables, herbs are really good in natural vitamins like folic acid, vitamin-c, vitamin K, pyridoxine, thiamin, beta carotene and vitamin A.

What are the sources of vitamin..what? A? D? K? B? C? E?
Almost all consumable foods [fruits, meats, vegetables, nuts, seeds, etc] have vitamins...even bacteria [B-12] has vitamins...and do remember, for the body to make Vita D³, you need Sunlight. Gotta be a bit more specific in this question yaar.
