Do you have to be indivdually FSA regulated to be a car salesman?

I recently applied for a job as a car salesman with a large organisation and went through all the interviews etc. I reallly want the job but have a poor credit history and have a CCJ, am i wasting my time getting my hopes up for the job? Because if they try to register me at the FSA my CCJ will show! HELP!!!!

    Hi,

    The FSA is to do with regulating the Financial Services industry, I don't think the FSA deal with car dealerships or the car industry etc. I wouldn't worry too much about the CCj showing up until you next hear from them and if they ask you about it - try and tell them what happened with your credit history.
