What are the frosted windows called?

They have made appearances in some movies, particularly in scenes involving banks and people checking their safety deposit boxes.

A person would go into the booth that was surrounded by three solid walls and then the fourth wall is made of clear glass and has the door that's clear as well, but only while the door is open but then all the glass "frosts" when the door closes.
