One Puzzle for you.....lets see who can solve it fast........ ...?
A little tricky but can be solved easily.
4 criminals are caught and are to be punished. The Judge allows them to be freed if they can solve a puzzle. If they do not, they will be hung. They agreed.
The 4 criminals are lined up on some steps. They are all facing in the same direction. A wall separates the fourth man from the other three.
So to summarize:-
Man 1 can see men 2 and 3.
Man 2 can see man 3.
Man 3 can see none of the others.
Man 4 can see none of the others.
The criminals are wearing hats. They are told that there are two white hats and two black hats. The men initially don't know what colour hat they are wearing. They are told to shout out the color of the hat that they are wearing as soon as they know for certain what colour it is.
They are not allowed to turn round or move.
They are not allowed to talk to each other.
They are not allowed to take their hats off.
Who is the first person to shout out and why?

Man 2.
Because, if both Man 2 and Man 3 are of different colors, then Man 1 will not know what color his hat will be. But if Man 1 did not shout his color, Man 2 will know for sure what his color is, because his color will be different from Man 3.

Man 1 coz he can see most of the men.
If Man 2 and 3 r wearing black 1's man 1 will know that he and man 4 is wearing a white hat. And the other way too.

If man 1 sees that the hats on man 2 and man 3 are the same color, he immediately knows that his own hat is one of the hats of the opposite color and he announces it at once. Thus if man 1 says nothing right away, then everyone else knows that the hats of man 2 and man 3 are of opposite colors. Since man 2 can see the color of man 3's hat, then man 2 immediately declares his own hat's color to be the opposite color of what he sees on man 3.

I think the same as the first answerer, 1 can see 2 and 3 who are wearing the same color, so he has the other color.

Man 1 cause he can see 2 people, and the odds are for him....
either that, or the wall is a mirror, and therefore it would be man 4.

4th man has a pure 50/50 guess, no need to analyze anything he guesses first before anyone
