In Saved Searches, why does the "exclude these words" from keywords no longer filter out items?
After the Yahoo Answers interface changed, my saved search no longer filters out words in the exclude these words box. Is there some way of fixing this? I end up with many more pages of questions than I need or want.

Since the change, which was made at the request of many users, the results are shown in DATE order, not relevance. This brings up many NEW, but not really relevant, answers, since there are so many more of those. When you use 'My Saved Search' next to the Search button, be sure to select "Exact Phrase" when you do your search at the top. Narrow down further on the left, if you want. That might help and may make the 'exclude' option work better. Or not, sorry.
If that does NOT help, use google (ironic, but works best) which still posts by relevance. Restrict your search to Yahoo Answers site by adding THIS to the end of your search phrase:
site:answers.yahoo.com
