Why hasn't Obama chosen a church to attend since moving to Washington?
He gave his reason as He and Michelle attendance is so disruptive. That has applied to every American president. I personally don't buy his excuse.

He's not Christian. In saying we are not a Christian nation, he basically said that our nation was founded under false pretenses, or at least diminishing the fact that Christianity is the cornerstone of this country. He can pray to his god any way he wants, but his doing so does not go unnoticed by MILLIONS of Americans who love this country.

The president is practically a religion in american-football. The NCAA plays host to games in which the military schools battle for the Commander-In-Chief's Trophy. That seems to be a misrepresentation of inner conflict. Anyways, I've heard plenty of criticism that The White House itself too much so resembles "a church" in a way (functionality wise); plus, I've seen reports on the news about religious leaders having visited The White House in the past... so maybe he's waiting for the church to build itself around him.
(? Politics is different from poetry or economics. What people do or don't "buy" is irrelevant. Voting doesn't arouse me as much as it should maybe... I get too depressed by the feeling that I have to pay for my own opinions, through learning environments that suit my personal needs & tastes. ?)
Maybe not regularly attending church is a question of inspiration. As a president, you might think of some obligation/motive to inspire others... I'm not in much of a philosophical mood to go about discussing whether or not something/someone/someplace has to be inspired itself/himself/herself to in fact inspire others.

He cant attend his anti White/American church again till Jan 2012, LOL

Because he is full of ++++ like every other thing he says and any other president or politician says.
Most of them at least try to fake the religious card a little better than he does.

People suffering from narcissistic personality disorder are not spiritual people. Church for Obama, like everything else in his life, is a political stunt.

He has a Spiritual Advisor that comes to the White House. [Wonder how much we are paying for that?] For the life of me, I can't remember what his name is.

That's true. Besides, it is more fun playing basketball than bringing a dozen Secret Service agents into a church service. ∠°)

omg, you're right- never thought about it! i bet those christian militia guys who were plotting to kill law enforcement officers go to church every sunday since they are quite obviously christians.
i guess you're insinuating here that obama is a muslim; he's not, but even if he WERE, there's no law stating that a candidate for the presidency of the united states of america has to be of the christian faith- basta, end of story.

He's about as much of a Christian as he is honest.Personally I'm glad he doesn't attend church because it would give Christianity a bad name if he was a regular church goer.
