Are conservatives going to come out against off shore drilling now that Obama is allowing it?

No, it's definitely the right thing to do. But it does beg the question as to why it's OK to drill in some areas of the country... and not in others. It would be interesting to know if there is any correlation between the states chosen (and those still on the moratorium) and who Obama owes favors to in states with oil... and who are on his hate list.

No...I said a long time ago he should have done it instead of letting other countries do off shore drilling on our land. BUT with that said..you can bet he has something up his sleeve and he will control it and put his nose in it and tax it to death.

He isn't doing this for our good...nothing he does is for OUR good.....it is for progressive agenda. You can mark my words...he won't let business just do it's thing..he will have much to say and control about it. NOT RIGHT! The only reason he is allowing it is to make money..and he needs it and he knows it.

I wish you would stop putting down conservatives..it is the dems that are up in arms about this..he is lied to them AGAIN and changed his mind on THEM again...no cap and trade..no enviroment issues....everything he ran on is being put behind him...and again...it is for his benefit..not AMERICA! Off shore drilling is good for the country because it will bring gas prices down. Health care act is bad because it increases taxes, causes people to lose their jobs and forces a mandate on everyone. But, obama probably has some kind of alterior motive

Health care was UNCONSTITUTIONAL and part of a government power-grab. THAT is why we were against it. We were against it when Chillery was pushing for it, so don't give us any of that "racist" nonsense.

WE WANT domestic energy production. REMEMBER...whether WE drill or not, OTHER COUNTRIES are 20 yards outside our waters ALREADY taking the oil. WE ARE STUPID for not being the leaders in offshore drilling.

HOWEVER - keep in mind, this is ANOTHER flip/flop from Obama's campaign promises. Remember that.

conservatives along with the majority of america dont want universal health care. when they dont agree with something, they are allowed to speak out against it. they dont always have to agree with you and obama. thats how america works. this is a stupid question.
