I would suggest (if its small enough) getting it just below your hip on the outside, then normally it will be covered but you can see it and you can show it to people fairly easily.

Or you could get it on the top of your foot, that is notoriously painful though.

Or just below your collar bone or on top of your shoulder, that might be more difficult to cover though.

Or on top of your heart or on the top of a breast, then its easier to cover up.

I think you'd want it to be more above your knee than below your groin. Unless you mean on the front of your upper leg, in which case I think that's ok. (So to be technically accurate, on the anterior thigh/groin or on the medial lower thigh above your knee, not the medial part of your groin) I'm not explaining myself well...just not near your vagina, ok?

I think that putting it on your vagina would be a great spot. Then only you can see it unless during sex but still. If your wearing a bathing suit, no one can see it.
