see, your many thing are less than the requirements,
So, you can upgrade your video card and RAM only this will support the game but it will stick when u'll try to play it
and yeah your hard disk space is also very less::::
Try disk cleanup(Start>run>cleanmgr.exe)
or replace your hard disk which will cost you around $60

Has this question been asked twice? Because I remember answering a very similar one not too long ago... Meh, whatever. You need a new system, it looks outdated from the information I got from the specs. How can your comp even run with such little ram? D:
