There is no limit, Yahoo has unlimited storage. It's been that way for a few years now. I've answered questions for some that want to know how to delete over 44,000 emails all at once. So you are ok. If you don't want them all in the inbox, make folders and put some in there. It just gives you more room in the inbox when you are looking for something. Give the folders a name for easy searching.
