Eating meat during Holy Week?

I know Catholics usually abstain from eating red meat on Fridays during Lent. During Holy Week, do they also abstain from eating meat on Maundy (Holy) Thursday, or just Good Friday?

Actually it isn't just red meat it is all meat. Catholics are only allowed seafood or non-meat foods on Fridays during Lent.

Just Good Friday. Good Friday is also a day of abstinence. So only one meal that day, and that meal cannot consist of any meat.

I am Catholic, and my church says to abstain from all meat on both Holy Thursday and Good Friday. Seafood is allowed, but red meat, pork, and fowl are not.

Also, Good Friday is a fasting day, so only one meal is allowed for the day.

    It's only on Good Friday.

I am a catholic and I eat meat whenever I want. I don't go in for abstaining from anything just because I'm expected to.
