Help With Myspace Layouts For Myspace 2.0 ?
Hi,
I have Myspace 2.0, and I really want to put a layout from Layoutshere.com, or hotfreelayouts.com, but it won't work no matter what I do! It always ends up being a plain gray layout! Please help! Step by step directions and better websites (if you have some) would be great! Thanks!
Also layoutshere.com, one of the websites i'd like to use, has myspace 2.0 layouts....so how do i go about that?

Go to "Customized profile". Go to "Select theme". Click on "no theme".
Click on "CSS" link. Paste the layout in the CSS box. Click "publish" to save changes.

First figure out if you have a 2.0 or 1.0 myspace. With myspace 2.0 you can't add the layout code into the About Me section like people used to with 1.0. Instead you go to Profile in the top menu, then click customize profile in the drop down, click CSS on the page and then enter the code in the css box. You also have to use a 2.0 layout for 2.0 profiles. 1.0 layouts wont work.

You cant use the old html and css layouts anymore. unless you had the myspace before they made 2.0 and you can switch back to 1.0 then you have to use the dumb little theme things.
