Where do I find purple sticky wild rice (not black, light purple)?

I had this great light purple sticky rice at sushi/teriyaki place they said was wild rice. I have purchased some wild rice but when I cook it it comes out really dark and heavy. This is almost lavendar in color after it's cooked.
