What are foods/drinks that makes skin better?

i want foods that heal skin, like if it's bruised, or burned by sun... or even makes it brighter, thank you, and please try to explain youre answers as best as you can...

    Foods that contain antioxidant and omega 3

    Drinks = mineral water, fruit juices, and tea

    You need a balanced level between omega 6 and 3 in your body. Omega 6 = proinflammatory (inflammation, needed for fighting infection (localize), like in acne), omega 3 = counter the omega 6 effects. High omega 3 doesn't mean good (no acne), you'll get problems when getting an infection. So a balanced ratio between that 2 is advised.

    Sure you know antioxidant? Protecting from free radicals.

    Drinks other than mineral water and fruit juices, tea (green tea contains antioxidant) are not advised for healthy life, including alcohol, coffee, soda, etc

    Well water is the number 1 and you got that done, so I would suggest vegetables. I have a juice maker and I like combining carrots and apples in it and it is sooo good, plus you get two servings of fruit and vegetables plus it's very good for your skin. You can try V8 splash, but that has alot of sugar...tomatos are good for your skin color, so maybe toss some of the little ones in your salad? You can take some vitamins to help, they sell these vitamins called Hair, Skin, and Nails and that helps also. Good luck!

    Hi,

    You should try Aloe Vera products because Aloe Vera has been used for hundreds of years for keeping skin healthy.

    You can get it as a cream, and you can also get as a drink. I suggest you try both approaches at the same time.

    Another great method for healthy skin is to get yourself a juicer. Juice vegetables like carrots, cucumber, cabbage leaves, and broccoli, as all these are high in nutrients which help the skin.
