Fantasy Baseball Trade Advice?

I have been offered a trade in my public 12-team mixed rotisserie league:

Nelson Cruz & James Shields

for

Carlos Quentin & Ricky Nolasco

What do you think? Seems like a fair enough trade but my guys in Quentin & Nolasco seem to have more potential. but this is my first fantasy baseball season so I could do with some advice.

My team...

C Ryan Doumit

1B Joey Votto

2B Robinson Cano

3B Chris Davis

SS Hanley Ramirez

OF Matt Holliday

OF Carlos Gonzalez

Util Billy Butler- 1B

Util Howie Kendrick- 2B

BN Stephen Drew- SS

BN Carlos Quentin- OF

BN Adam LaRoche- 1B

BN J.D Drew- OF

BN Jermaine Dye*- OF

*dropping for RP Mike Gonzalez

SP Justin Verlander

SP Clayton Kershaw

RP Neftali Feliz

RP Michael Wuertz

P Scott Baker

P Ricky Nolasco

P John Danks

P Carlos Zambrano

Also, if successful in getting Mike Gonzalez off the waiver wire will him and Neftali Feliz be good enough relief pitching?

and with bench positions for batters, which positions should without question be represented, and is having two shortshops ever a good thing?

Thanks alot for any help, and good luck in your leagues. :)

Update:

In the question I missed out Jay Bruce as my 2nd outfielder... and thanks for all the advice with the responses!

trade seems okay to me. As for you other question about the relief pitching, you have very little for saves. Feliz at the moment is not the closer for texas, Frank Fransicco is.

    No way!

    Have you seen Ricky Nolasco??

he's a best! he would have an amazing year! im targetting him in all my drafts because he would win at least 16 games with an ERA under 3.75 and you know your gonna get 200 Ks

and Carlos Quentin would bounce back him and Cruz are pretty much the same player but i like the white sox this year better than the Rangers ill keep your guys because Shields is not that good, he would have the same type of season as last year (no more than 11 wins) and Nolasco would be back to an all star!

    good luck!

Cruz and Shields's total value is around 101. Nolasco and Quentin's value is around 108. I'd say you go with Nolasco and Quentin because both of them have star power unlike Cruz and Shield's. If you take this trade, you will at worst be even.

    i would make the move......

honestly,im not crazy about shields, but im not sold on nolasco either....nolasco should have a better season,however....

you could certianly use more depth at OF,and i dont like quentin one bit....i think his best yrs are w/out a doubt, way behind him.......cruz has a tendency to fall into deep slumps, however,he is also just as likely to go off for 12-15 HR's in a month.....

so yeah,i would make the move for sure.

man i wouldnt even trade ordonez for those 3 guys...upton is slumping huge right now and hernandez is not a top flight pitcher you could get for pujols, i actually like your pitching staff whats so wrong with them?? besides a couple of closers... to put things into perspective i traded pujols this year for quentin and markakis, thats the type of players you should be getting for him. try dangling your other OF to see whats out there..... maybe fileder and thats guys ace like halladay or haren for pujols.. good luck just remember everybody values pujols real high in leagues so you can be greedy and ask for alot more..
