How do I change how frequently Outlook attempts to get new messages?

This is getting maddening. My inbox is currently set to connect to the server and search for mail every 5 seconds - each time, I click over to it, and get caught in an email loop of send, check, receive. How do I reset that search for new mail timer to, say, every 10 minutes?

Much appreciated.

Update:

Ah, yes - forgot to indicate version.

Outlook 2007.

go to Tools->options then click the "mail setup" tab, then click the "Send/Receive" button and change the setting "Schedule an automatic send and receive every minutes" option to 10 minutes or whatever you want

Which version? Usually Tools-Accounts-modify the advanced tab to reflect, but I am going from memory, I don't use that crappy program anymore.
