So, it's Good Friday, does that term upset you, liberals/progressives?

Sunday is Easter. Sorry if this makes you mad(did I offend anyone my saying mad?). Maybe I should have been more sensitive and called it by its new name, "Spring Holiday". I must be one of those radicals on the right?

Now to make my final point, the left is anti life, anti liberty and anti the pursuit of happiness. Who needs free markets? Heck, who in the world needs any freedom? I think it's overrated, don't you?

I must leave now, I have to go to mass. (I hope that does not set up a storm)

Update:

You don't pay attention to current events, do you? A liberal got upset about the name Easter and decided to name it Spring Holiday. Later, he decided that the people could keep the name Easter. Seriously, don't you people watch the news or listen or read at all?

Update 2:

I think you mean "you're".

Update 3:

Universal health care is the antithesis of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Free markets are the perfect tool for life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Not forcing people to be buy something they don't want.

Update 4:

No, you can believe in anything you want; I am pro life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. But, I find it to be absurd for people to try to curb christianity by renaming a holiday! The only reason people don't complain about Christmas is that they get gifts and they get joy out of giving gifts. If Christmas was celebrated like Easter (i.e, via sacrafise) there would be the same type of outrage over it. Another thing is that United States was founded under God. So, I am not saying everyone in the US should believe in God nor even go to mass. No, that would be contrary to my principals of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. Rather, I think everyone should be free to celebrate and worship WHATEVER they want. When you start trying to RENMAME a 2,000 plus year old holiday, you have an issue.

Oh, I get it. Only christianity is good here in the land of religious freedom. Lots and lots of liberals are religious, even christian, so your little boy show of spite reveals you to be a neo-con, and the language you use degrades you.

No but I always found it a peculiar choice for the name of the day in which Jesus was crucified. I don't think he really enjoyed the experience to be honest. He might call it, not so great friday if it was up to him.

No but if your a 5 year old boy I would be very careful at mass, I hear the priest has got a special something for you.

Off to Mass, it must be your turn to be molested by your priest. He will tell you child rape is a rites of spring tradition.

You claim the left is anti liberty and anti the pursuit of happiness. It is the right that is against freedom for homosexuals, reproductive freedom for women and universal health care.

Anti life, you are all for life until it is actually born.

You should investigate the origins of Easter. For me, it is just a great reason to have a pleasant family gathering with good food and company.

Have a very Happy Easter... From Greg, the liberal Christian.

people choose jobs and to be secure from terrorist assaults they do no longer care who gets audited via the IRS. Few people have any sympathy for people who get political welfare and tax breaks whilst maximum individuals are taxed to death in this united states of america. next 3 hundred and sixty 5 days, we could desire to continually all document a 501 C-4 sort and declare we are a political company which prevents the IRS from auditing us. it can be a suitable thank you to laundry money.

I'm confused. What liberal has ever suggested that people don't have a right to celebrate religious holidays?

Leave it to a Republican to call a general group anti-Christian while hurling insults.

What would you say if you actually turned around this second and were face to face with Jesus.

Why would I be upset? Last Friday in Lent, there should be a lot of fish fry specials this evening. It is a good fry day.

And a Happy Easter to you as well.
