Bunnies are generally on their own by the time they hit the size of a softball, if its smaller than that you might try to find the nest and replace it. Otherwise leave it where you found it for the day, monitoring to make sure it isn't harmed by predators. The mother won't reject it if you touch it, however, the mothers return only a few times a day, generally around dusk and dawn, to feed the babies, because unlike their offspring they carry a scent and don't want to attract predators. If the bunny is still of the right size to be receiving care from its mother, wait until a few hours after dark tonight to see if shes returned or moved it. If not, contact a nearby wildlife rehabilitation facility, where they can provide the proper care. The following link will provide you with a search tool for finding licensed wildlife rehabilitators in your state http://www.wildlifeinternational.org/EN/public/eme... If you need to and can't find anywhere nearby I'd suggest contacting your local humane society, they may have a program for wildlife, or know of a facility to transfer the animal to. Best of luck.

Go to the vet first of all, you never know what it has since its a very TINY bunny!
When you make sure its healthy for you to keep, do some research & get some extra tips - especially on its diet plan & food!

First of all take it to a vet!!! You don't know what it could have. If you want to keep it, buy a cage, grooming brush, timothy hay, and pellet food and some treats. If you decide not to keep it...give it to an animal rescue center. Why not give another poor bunny a great, loving home? Save the bunny!

even though you havent touched it the mother may still reject it.. your best choices are to rather to take it to a rescue centre or you can keep it, the rescue centre is likely to put it down if its too helpless though

take it to a rabbit rescue centre (i dont know where you are but in the uk we have rabbit rescue & rehome). if you let it out into the wild its highly unlikely to survive as you dont know anything about its mother. a rescue centre will take care of it, carry out medical checks and rehome it.
