I need to calculated moles of KI?
I am given 25 Degrees C 12mL KI and i know that he molar mass of KI is 165.99g.
I just can figure out how to do it. help?

You cannot use the gas law equation for this problem, because KI is a solid, not a gas at 25°C.
You cannot calculate the moles of KI from a volume of KI, but a mass of KI. I will assume that you mean that you have 12g KI
12g KI = 12/165.99 = 0.072 mol KI.
Please check the question carefully, because as it is presented, it does not make any sense.
The only other alternative I can offer is that the question refers to HI, whick is a gas, and can be measured in ml volume, but then the molar mass is not 165.99. Please revert if there is some error in what you have submitted.

formula: PV=nRT
want: mol KI
given: 25oC, 12 mL
know: P is constant= 1 atm, R is constant= .0821 L*atm/mol*K
step 1: id values and plug into eqn to solve for n
step 2: check ans
n=PV/RT = (1 atm) x(12 x10^-3 L)/(.0821 L*atm/mol*K) x(25+273= 298 K) = 4.9 x10^-5 mol
Note: molar mass is not need it as this is an ideal gas problem when given T, and V is given.
