What is wrong when I stop and my car dies, but starts right back up?

I have a 1993 crown Victoria and this happened to me today.

    could be your fuel is wrong grade,use 92 octane and or change the fuel filter

    They problems with the egr valve (carbon build up), it was over engineered but without more information it is hard to tell if this is your problem.
