I like the word night, so I wanted to have a name with the word night in it.

    Its a tradegy that a child, adolescent, adult goes/grows through life bearing the mockery of their parents 'phase' and inconsideration of their child's path through life.

    If youre joking - have fun but if you're serious think of your child and not yourself as I am sure that as soon as your child is old enough he/she will change them name. Assume this child gets right through to university and see a first interview for the job of their dreams, somehow I dont think Allnightlong or Nightmare Smith will get a foot in the door, (just as I know a poor student at Uni now named Moonshine) other than teasing and mockery.

    If you're still selfish enough... leave it as Night or Knight, lets hope your family name isn't Rider or Inshiningarmour!!

    Im not really sure if youre serious but if you are trying to name your baby any of these "names" please DONT!! Just imagine what they could go through in school. Being teased about being called this. Their whole lives they will have too live with this BS! Dont torture your unborn child, seriously! Pick a normal name! What about Nate? kind of sounds like night? (if you like the word night, it doesnt mean you have to use it on your kid, like wat if i liked the word elbow? Would I name my kid that? NO!)

    Your child would be teased for all of these. How about just Night. That's cool. Or Nate, as someone else suggested.
