I have no idea what this is meant to mean?

Question

One of my guy friends and me (well I like him, I think - he's 17, I'm 15, we've known each other vaguely since we were about 4 but have been talking for about 6 months) met up yesterday, and literally, all we did was hug and hold hands and touch each others faces and just lie in each others arms, with the occasional conversation in between. Like we didn't kiss or anything, but everything we did was a pretty relaxed, natural reaction and it was really comfortable. Should we be doing this? I mean we're both single and all, but is it like leading him on or anything? Also, does this mean he could like me?
And my mom isn't happy about the physical contact despite the fact that I haven't kissed a guy yet (I mean most people have by my age, especially in this area) and she thinks I'm not holding my boundaries, which I know I am. I don't think she knows I like him though, I just think she thinks I'm letting him do it because he's a guy and I'm an attention-whore or something, but I'm not - I'm doing it because he's genuinely nice and I like him.

you and i are a lot alike girly:) i am 16 and have never kissed a guy, and my friend who ive vaguely known for 10 years likes me and i like him..weve been best friends for about 2 years now and we both really like eachother, but hes 20 :/... yes that does usually mean a guy likes you when he does that (i know from experience)...and if you guys didnt kiss or anything then so far your fine. just make sure that you never let it go too far! if you guys do kiss, keep it to just kissing. no taking clothes off or anything because that will just all turn out bad and you dont want that! and your mom is just being a mom:) all moms are worried about their daughters turning into whores, but i dont think you will. my guy is genuinely nice and caring as well and that is a great quality in a guy..we are waiting until im 18 to date..and i think it proves the sincerity of a guys feelings for you if he is willing to wait that long for a girl.. and honey, i think if you 2 have an automatic sense of belonging with eachother and are so drawn to eachother without even having to express it verbally, then hug all you want! it sounds like you guys are meant to be together:) just remember what i said about keeping it safe with your clothes on:)

i mean, seems like he likes you. i wont say ignore your mom. moms can be really annoying and sometimes you know what you're doing but they say otherwise. just let her know what's going on. well you don't have to. unless you're sure that he isnt like that with other girls, don't do that. i mean other wise, you're good. not kissing, nothing wrong with that. it feels nice but dont do it just for the heck of it. its supposed to be special..

if you like him how could you possible be leading him on. Do you think that he won't like you if he were doing that. you think that's its like, im just around her because she wants me to be. and now he knows that you like him, so. what are you gonna do?
