Hi!

ITV3 is on channel number 119 on the Sky EPG for England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Where are you living?

If you are living in the Republic of Ireland then you will not receive ITV3 (you will have to manually tune it on the Services Menu).

If you do not live in the Republic of Ireland and you are not receiving the channel, then follow these instructions:

1). Turn on your TV and Sky box, and tune to a Sky channel which you are subscribing to.

2). At the front of your Sky box you will see a flap.

3). Open the flap and remove your Sky Viewing Card. The "For Your Information" banner will appear on your screen (if it is a subscription channel).

4).Then reinsert it, ensuring that the logo "SKY" is facing at the top of the card, and that the chip is facing at the bottom of the card. Also ensure that the "Arrows" are at the top of the card and are pointing towards the box.

5). When you reinsert the card, go to Sky channel 119. ITV3 should be there.

However, in the unlikely event that the Channel is still not there contact Sky on the Customer Helpline.
