why didn't recipient get my e-mail?

I sent several e-mails with attached files to a recipient, and she got none of them. So I did it two more times, and she still had not gotten any of them. None bounced back. The first batch went out three weeks ago. How come?

    This has been happening for some time now, Yahoo are working on it they say but for now try this.Recommended fixes for the many current problems include Update Adobe Flash Player Internet Explorer and Java script . Clear Explorer cache, cookies, and browsing history. Some find that a return to classic mail improves things. You could also try an alternative browser. Hope this helps

    Karen, they need to go into their 'spam' folder and check mark the item they wish to keep. Clicking on the 'Not spam' button and returning it to their in box, also allowing that address to be delivered to the in box from now on. However, they must go in periodically and check to insure all items are spam.

    Also, make sure that they have your address is in their address book, as it helps to ensure that address as a "safe" one.

    If the mails are not there, then you need to contact service representative and explain the problem to them.
