Prob not sites where u can access games for free instead of paying are 100% of the time illegal e.g. cool roms but if u don't care this sort of thing hasn't been looked into from like professionals and FBI since i believe 2005 but my advice is just going and buying it its not worth it if u get caught plz best answer, hope this helps :)

It is very un-safe i have found from friends and personal experience that the games you have mentioned are almost all definatly illegal and virus-ridden DO NOT uSE that site
