just go on youtube, and look up some Insanity by Shaun T. it works in two months, just like it says it will. its some intense ****. but be sure to go to the longer harder ones after the first month. It works! good luck!

Source(s): Me- i am at 6.5% body fat now, after doing insanity. but you gotta do it four-five days a week.

.I like the Turbo Jam workouts with Chalene Johnson...P90X with Tony Horton (it's not for beginners though), and I've recently acquired Insanity with Shaun T, but it's another high intensity workout.

Most Denise Austin cardio workouts I have are ones I like. Strike Zone with Janis Saffel is good also (kickboxing moves). For yoga, I love Yoga for Energy with Rodney Yee. A good workout program should include some flexibility training and yoga is excellent for that, and to have a 'less intense' workout day.

Some other workouts I have and like are 10-minute Trainer (with Tony Horton), Yoga Booty Ballet, Hip Hop Abs (with Shaun T), Chalean Extreme (with Chalene Johnson), the old Buns of Steel series of workouts (Buns of Steel, Abs of Steel, Thighs of Steel), and there are many more out there.

Also, just tying on your sneakers and going for a walk/jog is a great workout and helps prevent boredom from doing the same indoor workouts over and over. I also bicycle and trikke for variety.
