No, a light saber is focused energy, it can only be stopped by an oposing energy source. Another lightsaber, or a vibroblade will deflect. Large sums of metal can slow a lightsaber down but few things can stop it.

Well - naturally - such weapons are poorly described from the scientific point of view as they do not exist. Presumably the light saber projects a very thin but powerful electromagnetic force field. That being the case, a mirror would only work if said force field consisted *only* of visible light. So, if the force field includes, say, an infra-red or x-ray or gamma-ray or magnetic component (or all of those), a surface that reflects visible light might be no defense against it or only minimal defense.
It is interesting that in the books, Storm Trooper armor is called "refracting" armor. Obviously, it does not refract a blaster shot completely - so neither would it be capable of refracting a light saber.
