2002 Olds Alero - Died after hitting bump in road?

I have a 2002 Oldsmobile Alero - No real problems until now lol - while driving down a local highway - I hit a small bump coming onto a bridge and the engine just died. I have power to everything I have checked - Fuel Pump is elec and working to supply the line - the crank is turning as I can hear the exhaust valves operating and puffing air as the engine turns over - it is as if the cylinders are not getting fire to them -- The engine is the 4 ltr Ecotech engine and I changed the Ignition Control Module that mounts on top of the engine and this did not help -- Could this all be the result of a wire being jarred loose or a fuse problem ????? Any and all help will be GREATLY appreciated as I am pulling my hair out by the roots attempting to find this problem. Thank You in advance for your time and patience while reading this - I am just trying to fill in all possible questions you mite have.

Yes something might have gotten loose . You said you replaced the Ignition control module. The question is are you getting spark or not . You need to check for spark to each cylinder then go from there . It also be a loose battery terminal or ground wire. You ECU could have also taken a crap.

once you're saying "vtec engine" do you mean a honda engine or the GM equivalent (vvti?)? If it fairly is a GM 4 it is going to be an ecotec engine yet additionally they had a 2.4 non-ecotec in aleros. Neither of which seem to have variable valve timing. leave the automobile in independent and rev the engine, it is going to sound effective. this could be a transmission difficulty from what it feels like regardless if it fairly is the inventory engine or a alternative engine. The moisture isn't a difficulty.
