Perhaps you are so paranoid you dreamed up the cop. Seriously though they were hacking your network and they DO know what you were doing now. They had to get close enough to get the signal so they could tap in to it. If you were wise you'd go walk around your yard near where he was and make sure that he didn't "drop" anything.

Geez, get over yourself. THey could be stopping to talk on the radio (safety issue), establishing a presence in the neighborhood (lots of people at church, thieves might take advantage), stopped to drink some coffee, take notes, watch for speeders.

It isn't all about you. If you are that paranoid, I have to wonder what you are doing that you would fear the cops for no reason.

Unless you have no near neighbors (i.e. you live in some sort of backwoods place in the middle of nowhere) you have no reason to suspect the cop is interested in anything you're doing. It could be any one of your neighbors, or the cop may just have been passing by and taken no interest in your neighborhood at all.

Could have been any number of things. Could be he was scoping your place out for entry and exit points. Could be just warning you that your being watched. Could be that he was looking for a place to grab a snack. Could be anything.

maybe farting, maybe taking a sip of his coffee. maybe making sure your grass was mowed. who knows what he was doing...and quite frankly, who cares.
