Because a stomp pad is attached to a board top sheet by using adhesive it is a good idea to use heat on the board to remove. Heat up the stomp pad by using a blow dryer. You should then be able to peel of the stomp pad slowly. The clean off any adhesive using a citrus cleaner and a razor(if needed).

Since a stomp pad is stuck on with glue, you should use heat. Try using a blow dryer or submerging the part of the snowboard that has the stomp pad in hot water, then try to peel it off.

I suggest just waiting to do all this and take the time to do it right. If you hurry it now and one of your studs comes off or something, you'll feel awful and regret that you were impatient.
