Try the AMC Empire 25. They have IMAX and in-theatre dining.
It's located on W 42nd Street between 8th & Broadway.

Don't go to any of the "liemax" theathers which claim to be IMAX, but it's just a slightly bigger regular screen.

They are not showing that movie in 3D yet! You can try the IMAX theaters, but it might not be in 3D
